We love adding thin shavings of fresh Black Summer Truffles into a pasta dish, transforming a simple meal into a luxurious one with an unexpected twist.
Our truffles will arrive already clean, they are carefully brushed at our truffle factory. They will last for up to 7 days stored in a fridge following our very simple guidelines.
Before serving your Black Summer Truffles, simply wipe their bumpy diamond textured skin which can be all shades of brown with a damp cloth and leave for 10 minutes on a dry cotton cloth. Expect thin shavings in hues of cream to caffè latte interlaced with white capillaries.
Less is more when using Black Summer Truffles, allow just 7 grams per person.
